An individual applicant
must be of legal age in
the country of his/ her
residence. Distributor Identification
Number (ID Number) is to
be issued to every distributor
who has completed and submitted
the Distributor Application
Form.

How can a distributor
make an order of purchase?
Distributor can purchase
products at any PERFECT
office or stockist center.
To be entitled for Distributor
Price, the distributor needs
to show the Distributor
Card to the counter. Besides
that, distributor can place the
order by phone or fax in
the order form to PERFECT's
office. |

How can a distributor
make payment for the purchase?
Mode of payment:

Cash
PERFECT office and
sales center will
accept cash for all
orders. |

Credit Card
PERFECT office and
sales center will
display the types
of cards acceptable
by PERFECT. Only distributor
who is the card authorized
signatory will be
accepted for payment
of purchase. |

Direct Deposit
to Bank (On-line Credit)
Distributor can deposit
cash directly to PERFECT
in full amount together
with any applicable
shipping and handling
charges. |

What is BV?
Each product for which commissions
are paid is assigned of
its own BV (Bonus Volume).
BV is the commissionable
value of the PERFECT products
purchased/ sold by distributors. |

How to maintain
a valid distributorship?
A distributorship is deemed
to be valid as long as the
distributor concerned remains
active in any one month
within the last twelve (12)
months. An active distributor
has purchased a minimum
BV in that particular month,
which is 30BV at present. |

Are there different
pricing of PERFECT products
among different country/
regions?
Due to the difference in
market situations and living
price index, there is a different
pricing of PERFECT products
among the authorized country
or market. |

How to make a
claim if the product purchased
by distributor or customer
is of inferior quality or
defective?
Distributor is required
to return original invoice/
shipping document together
with defective products
to the company within the
period from originally purchased
as determined in Product
Exchange Policy. The Company
will arrange to ship the
replacement as soon as the
returned item is comfirmed
defective through manufacturing
detection. |

Can a PERFECT
distributor of Hong Kong
purchase products in Malaysia
or Indonesia with the existing
distributorship?
PERFECT has developed its
Global Distributorship and
Compensation Plan; we link
all distributorship and
PV from all nations (except
Mainland China) as a single
network. For instance, a
distributor from Hong Kong
can purchase in the country
where PEREFCT business was
authorized and approved,
i.e. Malaysia or Indonesia.

Can a distributor
residing in any authorized
country/ market other than
Mainland China purchase
products and develop his/
her business in Mainland
China?
Any PERFECT International
distributor is not able
to purchase or market products
in Mainland China with the
existing International Distributorship. |

What are the policies
and procedures of operating
business in any market outside
the PERFECT Authorized Country
or Market?
A distributor shall only
sell products in the country
where the products have
been previously purchased
from. In order to comply
with all applicable laws,
distributor is prohibited
from buying products in
one and selling in another
country. Distributor shall
only sell products and/
or offer opportunity of
becoming distributor to
any person residing in the
country where PERFECT is
approved and officially
opened for business by PERFECT. |

In order to promote
and advertise PERFECT products,
can a distributor produce
on his/ her own promotion
materials by acquiring the
PERFECT logo or name on the
production of aforesaid
promotion materials?
In order to protect unauthorized
use of them, PERFECT does
not allow any one including
the distributors to use
any of the company trademarks,
trade names, logos, product
names or other intangible
commercial properties in
any form of advertising
or promotion, or otherwise
reproduce, modify, distribute,
copy, use or sell the promotion
kits or advertising materials
except as expressly approved
by the Company in writing.
